To whom:
PhD students, Post-docs and young researchers working on the field of functional genomics and complex phenotypes

The aim:
The aim of the workshop is to bring together young investigators studying complex phenotypes in the framework of various disciplines and inspire them to design research beyond the borders of their own discipline. Such interdisciplinary approach draws together labs working on different phenotypes and using different technologies in their effort to explain the "phenomenon of complex genetics". There is no need for deep knowledge about sequencing technologies to participate in the workshop.

Venue:
August 22-26, 2010, hotel London (www.londonhotel.ee)

The structure of the workshop:
- Keynote speakers
- Posters and short talks from participants
- Discussion sessions
- A lot of entertainment

Topics of the workshop:
- DNA genotyping
